I'm sure by now everybody who claims to know something about Real Estate has informed you to BUY a house! I know because I have yelled and pleaded for my family, friends, college mates, friends of friends and anyone who will listen to do the exact same thing. My concern at this very moment is trying to discover why the fear exist to make the first step? Is it not knowing the ins and out, is it not wanting to be accountable to ones' self or is it we are waiting for someone else to do it for us?
